This vibrant blend of Auxerrois and Riesling offers a bright, saline lift with gorgeous concentration. Fermented slowly with native yeasts in large, traditional foudres, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften the natural acidity, resulting in a relaxed, fleshy mouthfeel. It is a stunning, easy drinking white that manages to be both deeply
